The CARE leadership programme

What do they say?

"The CARE Leadership Programme is a one-year programme for recent Christian graduates who want to explore a career in politics. The programme has been running for 25 years now and it involves a four-day-a-week placement in the office of a Member of Parliament or a NGO, alongside a training scheme helping participants think though what it means to be salt and light in this context. This programme is an amazing opportunity professionally, providing a year of high-level work experience. It is also an excellent opportunity spiritually and involves study of Biblical theology and Christian leadership. It's one of the only graduate schemes equipping Christians for future leadership in the secular workplace."
